Have You Ditched Your Intuition?
Although everyone is born with intuition, my experience with clients has taught me that many people fail to make good use of it. Instead, they rely solely on a logical process to solve problems, trigger inspiration and make decisions.
While logic often works, there are many times when it fails to deliver a result other than a headache from hours (and sometimes days) trying to think of a solution, an idea or the right choice.
When the wheels start spinning, it’s time to listen your intuition.
Why? Because intuition is the voice of your higher self. It’s the voice that’s immune to the ego’s doubts and judgments because it sees life through the eyes of love, truth and harmony.
Most of all, this inner voice inspires, guides and protect you. It’s one of the ways your soul communicates with you when it wants to:
• give you clarity and ideas in the form of “Aha!” moments;
• prompt you to unexpected actions that lead to success
• alert you when something is off in your physical body;
• tip you off about negative, jealous or untrustworthy people;
• warn you of threats to your physical or emotional safety.
There are several reasons why people underuse their intuition. While it’s true that some people aren’t aware of it and others don’t believe in it, many people tend to ignore it. If you often say, “I should have listened to my gut,” you probably fall into that category.
However, the most common reason for its underuse is that people lack confidence in their own intuitive abilities.
Fortunately, that can be remedied by committing to a daily exercise (it’s free!) that develops your intuitive ability in as little as 60 seconds a day. Click here to give it a try. Over the years, this exercise has worked for many of my clients and if you stick with it, I’m sure it will work for you, too!
